I do not know this young women but I loved her costume. The name I chose for it was "Masquerade Lolita" because of the mask she has on top of her hat. Though I am finding more and more cosplayers are getting into this Lolita cosplaying. I may have to do a Sailor scout version of Lita in a lolita costume for her princess gown which I plan to start on next week or the week after.
